1. General Terms

Please read the following general terms carefully before using Khello Bangladesh's services. These terms apply to all members.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with Khello Bangladesh, the following conditions must be met:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. A national ID card or passport may be requested for age verification.
• One account: Each person may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be suspended.
• Accurate information: Your name, address, phone number, and email must all be provided accurately. Incorrect information will prevent account verification and may result in withdrawals being blocked.
• Password: Use a strong password. Never share your login credentials with anyone.
• KYC Verification: KYC (Know Your Customer) documents may be required prior to withdrawal or upon request by Khello Bangladesh.

3. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on Khello Bangladesh:

Khello Bangladesh does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile banking provider may apply service charges in accordance with their own policies.

Withdrawals to third-party accounts or in another person's name are strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will subject the account to investigation and the balance may be temporarily frozen.

4. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all bets placed on Khello Bangladesh at all times:

• Bet Amount: Minimum ৳50 to maximum ৳50,000 per bet.
• Bet Acceptance: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (separate conditions apply if a cash-out feature is available).
• Odds Changes: Odds in live betting may change at any time. The odds at the moment a bet is confirmed are final.
• Match cancellation: If a match is abandoned or cancelled, the full bet amount will be refunded.
• Technical errors: If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a system error, Khello Bangladesh reserves the right to void that bet.
• Accumulator: A maximum of 8 matches can be combined in a single bet.

Khello Bangladesh reserves the right to suspend relevant bets and conduct an investigation in cases of suspicious betting patterns or match-fixing activity. If misconduct is proven, any winnings will be forfeited.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

Khello Bangladesh offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own specific terms, but the general rules are outlined below:

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on your first deposit. Wagering requirement: 10x the bonus amount.
• Wagering Requirements: A minimum wagering requirement must be met before any bonus can be withdrawn.
• Bonus validity: Every bonus has a set expiry period. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Multiple bonuses: Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless otherwise stated in the promotion.
• Bonus abuse: If bonus abuse is detected, all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited and the account will be suspended.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Khello Bangladesh and will result in immediate account termination:

• Participating in match-fixing or manipulation of results
• Placing bets using bots or automated software
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits
• Attempting to access another member's account
• Attempting to breach system security or hacking
• Operating an account using a false identity or incorrect information
• Placing bets on behalf of anyone under 18

If such activity is detected, Khello Bangladesh reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities. Account balances may be forfeited and legal action may be taken.

7. Account Closure & Suspension

Khello Bangladesh may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Involvement in prohibited activities
• Failure to submit KYC documents or submission of false documents
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months)
• Upon the member's own request for closure
• Self-exclusion request under the Responsible Gaming Policy

Any valid balance remaining in the wallet at the time of closure will be returned to the member (except in cases under investigation).
